A cold is a viral disease that causes inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nose and throat. The most common symptoms include sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing and coughing. It is usually a mild, self-healing disease that can be alleviated with rest, fluid intake, and symptomatic treatment. A cold usually goes away in a few days, but sometimes it can take longer. In order to prevent colds, it is important to live a healthy lifestyle, wash your hands regularly and avoid contact with sick people.
Surface washable: Simply sponge with a mixture of warm water and mild soap. Allow to air dry, then brush to restore fabric to its original fullness.
